The Food Revolution Video

I recently came across an excellent video of a conference presentation by Swedish medical doctor Andreas Eenfeldt, who runs the web site DietDoctor.com.  While I won’t spoil the video, I think it’s worth watching because it uses actual science (instead of government and industry dogma) to show what good nutrition really is and how the major chronic diseases can largely be prevented.

It’s also worth applauding the Swedish medical establishment for investigating the diet he recommends and publicly stating that they see no harm in adopting it. And his patients are living, breathing proof of how well it can work.

At nearly an hour in length, the video isn’t a quick one to watch, but it’s full of good information (some of which is downright scary) and it a better use of time than just watching TV. :-)
